Grey Wood, CEO
Grey brings more than 25 years of experience in running companies to his role as President of Clear Harbor, where he is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company. That experience includes leading high-growth startup ventures in the technology and healthcare industries, as well as serving as President of a BPO firm that grew from $6 million to a $150 million subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Grey has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to lead fast growing, financially viable, customer-focused organizations.
Tut Smith, Founder, President, Business Development
Clear Harbor is Tut's second stint as a co-founder and executive in the call center/BPO industry. He was a co-founder and VP at InterServ, which was acquired by Aegis Communications Group and where Tut served as a VP. Tut leads the company's sales and business development efforts and has experience developing solutions for clients in a wide range of industries.
Lee Waters, Founder and Board Member
Lee co-founded Clear Harbor after serving in a variety of executive-level roles at Aegis Communications Group, ClientLogic (now Sitel) and West Corporation. His experience at those companies led him to believe the market was ready for a nearshore solution that offered outstanding performance on a cost-effective basis, and the company has grown from startup to more than 1,000 employees in six years.
Brian Lambert, Chief Operating Officer
During his executive-level tenure at companies such as Comcast, AT&T and Continental Cable, Brian built an outstanding track record for developing leadership teams and providing scalable, sustainable operations that deliver results. Brian's 25+ years of experience in call center operations are invaluable in his role as the leader of Clear Harbor's service delivery teams.
Jeff Malchow, General Manager – Grenada
Jeff's background includes P&L and leadership responsibility for large-scale operations at companies like Pearle Vision and AOL. His emphasis on change management and people development serves him well in his role in Grenada, where he has responsibility for all aspects of Clear Harbor's operations there. In addition to call center operations experience, Jeff has led service support and training operations in his past assignments.
Fidel Edwards, General Manager – Dominica
Fidel combines a passion for developing people with a strong focus on metrics-based management in his role as our GM in Dominica. A veteran of nearly 20 years in call center leadership in the media, insurance and telecommunications industries, Fidel has managed multiple sites and more than 2,000 employees. Immediately prior to joining Clear Harbor, Fidel was a Regional VP at Comcast.
Craig Friedl, Director of Work Force Management
Craig's technical and call center expertise includes serving as Senior Director of Business Operations for Expedia, where he was responsible for multi-site technology and workforce optimization supporting more than 6,000 Associates. Craig's strong background in call center technologies and his experience in leading process and improvement teams on an international basis at companies like Safeco Insurance and Alaska Airlines make him an excellent fit at Clear Harbor.
Stacey Kissel, Director of Client Management
Stacey and her team serve as the primary liaisons between Clear Harbor and our clients. With a well-rounded base of experience from her time in executive positions in account management, operations and training at Aegis, TeleNet Marketing Solutions and The Network, Stacey's focus is on building a collaborative environment with each client to meet and exceed our mutual goals.
Vicky Egan, Director of Learning and Development
Vicky brings more than 25 years experience in global contact center learning, leadership development, call center management, learning technologies, and performance improvement to Clear Harbor. For 12 years, Vicky managed training team for TRX, a major call center service provider for internet travel providers. Vicky holds a CPLP designation from the American Society for Training and Development, where she is also an active national member.
